I started using this right after labor day. I wanted something without side effects of drugs. After a few weeks of taking it three times a day two pills each time. You take it 15 minute prior to eating. This product was very effective. Sometimes I would be outside and feel the affects of the pollen, after taking two pill the symptoms would pass. Now I only take it once a day. I plan to buy more for March because your suppose to take it before the allergy season to build up your system and then throughout the allergy season as needed. So anyone who has allergies to pollen I would highly recommend this product if you want allergy relief without side effects.
