If you like the almond variety sweet and salty bars that are out there, then you will like these. The other brands like planters are way too sweet for me and cause my blood sugar to spike. These are not to sweet or salty and are low glycemic so they don’t make me sleepy. Great for a quick snack or breakfast.
My wife and I were looking for a better tasting high protein bar and these are by far the best we have tasted. (And trust me, we have tasted a lot) They have a great blend of flavors and the sweet/salty nature is enough to curb any “sweets” cravings I get.
